How far in advance should I book?

For weddings, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance — especially for peak season (May–October). For events, portraits, and graduations, 4–8 weeks is ideal. That said, reach out regardless of your timeline — we occasionally have last-minute availability.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Markham, ON and regularly serve Toronto, the entire Greater Toronto Area, Durham Region, and York Region. We are also available for destination shoots across Canada and internationally — contact us to discuss travel arrangements.

How long until I receive my photos?

Your full edited gallery is delivered within 14 days of your session or event. For weddings, we allow up to 6 weeks given the volume of images. Rush delivery (48–72 hours) is available for corporate events and urgent sessions.

How many photos will I receive?

Portrait sessions typically yield 50–100 final edited images per hour. Events deliver 200–600+ images depending on duration. Weddings average 600–1,200+ images for full-day coverage. Every image in your gallery is individually edited — we do not deliver unedited files.

Do you deliver raw (unedited) files?

We do not deliver raw files. Our editing is a core part of the service — the post-processing is what gives our work its signature look and quality. Every image you receive has been individually reviewed, colour-corrected, and edited.

What is your editing style?

Our style is clean, timeless, and true-to-life — with rich colour depth and flattering skin tones. We don't use heavy filters or trendy presets that date quickly. If you have a specific reference style in mind, share it with us during the consultation and we'll discuss how to align it with your session.

What happens if it rains on my outdoor session day?

We monitor the weather closely and will contact you 48 hours before your session if conditions look poor. We offer one free reschedule for weather-related cancellations. For events and weddings where rescheduling isn't possible, we adapt with indoor alternatives and creative use of the conditions.

How do I receive my photos?

Your gallery is delivered through a private, password-protected online gallery link. From there you can view, download full-resolution files, share with family, and order prints directly. Your gallery remains active for 90 days.

Do you offer videography alongside photography?

Yes — we offer photo and video coverage as a bundle for weddings, events, and corporate sessions. Booking both together ensures seamless coordination between the two teams and often results in a discount versus booking them separately.

What is your payment policy?

We require a 30% retainer at the time of booking to hold your date — this is non-refundable and secures your spot in our calendar. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session or event. We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cash.

Do you have a studio space?

Our studio is located at 50 Don Park Rd, Markham, ON. Studio sessions are available by appointment. We also travel to any location in the GTA for outdoor and on-location sessions.

Can I request specific shots or a shot list?

Absolutely — we encourage it, especially for events and weddings. Share your must-have shots in advance and we'll build them into the session plan. For portraits, a mood board or Pinterest inspiration helps us understand your vision.
